Piatto Quattro

My favorite shape dish to throw and use these days is a wide and shallow rim plate/bowl. This shape is good for almost anything, but best for foods that don't need to stay hot long and can be left to sit and eat at room temp. 

Porcelain fired in a gas kiln reduction and glazed in clear and Chun Blue.  For some reason only known to the Kiln Gods, the beautiful Chun Blue gradient did not come through at all and this piece is mostly white!
