Make a cheese plate from start to finish!

We’ll start the class with small bites, coffee, tea, and mimosas as our guest Chef Kate Solomon will teach you how to assemble the perfect cheese board.

Then we’ll dive into making our own.  Whether it be a cheese, chocolate, or charcuterie board, you’ll learn how to decorate your ceramic board using slips, decals, and underglazes. Ariella will demonstrate a technique called, Sgrafitto - scratching your personalized design. You make it. We will fire and glaze your piece for pick-up two weeks later.
