Une Assiette pour un Fromage

I think this is an ideal shape and size for a cheese plate.  I'm a "less is more" kind of gal, and like to entertain with only 1 or 2 cheeses, not a whole slew of a cheese board

This color scheme is so me: brown and blues, it reminds me of denim jeans:).  Pictured below is one of my favorite VT cheeses: Harbison from Jasper Hill Farm.

This piece does not rest perfectly flat and sits on rubber feet.

Dipped in Opalescence, then Navy Blue Celadon, the top part is brown bare clay.
